Eligibility:

The contest is open to legal residents of Solano and Yolo Counties who are 18 years of age or older.

Employees of The Happy Bandana and all participating Partners in Clean and Care and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

The contest begins on July  25, 2024 and ends on August  5th at 11.59 pm.

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter:

1. Fill out the form below and submit.
2. Like and Follow our Partners in Clean and Care.  Fresh Laundries,  The Happy Bandana,  UpKept Nail Spa,  The Vanity Room.
3. Once you have liked and followed our pages, share one of our Back to School and Back to You posts on your feed and groups and tag us in your post.
4. Deadline for entries is August 1st with the winner being drawn and announced on August 4th.
5. Only one entry per participant.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be randomly selected by our panel of partners from all eligible entries.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified via the contact information provided to us in the entry form.

The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

General Conditions:

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the social media platform.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of The Happy Bandana and its participating partners, which are final and binding.

The Happy Bandana reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or ineligible.

Publicity Release:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow The Happy Bandana and their participating partners to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability:

The Happy Bandana and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions.

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Happy Bandana, Fresh Laundries, Upkept Nail Spa, and The Vanity Room from any and all liabilities arising from or related to the contest.

Privacy Policy:

All personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
