Gigi is the Founder of The Happy Bandana and the visionary behind its evolution from a residential services company into an integrated workforce development and operational support organization.
With a career spanning more than four decades in business development, operations, marketing, workforce management, and client relations, Gigi has built her reputation on identifying challenges, creating solutions, and bringing people together to accomplish meaningful work.
Her experience working alongside senior living communities, hospitality organizations, property managers, homeowners, and families has provided a unique perspective on one of today's most pressing challenges: capacity.
Gigi recognized that many organizations weren't struggling because they lacked talented employees—they were struggling because their teams were being asked to do more than available time, resources, and staffing allowed. That realization became the foundation for The Happy Bandana's workforce capacity model.
Today, she continues to lead the organization with a focus on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and long-term partnerships.
